New ICA SDK

I found some time to go through the code in the newly released SDK for scanners and cameras, and found a truly wonderful thing. The new SDK includes the complete, compilable source code for Apple's Epson scanner driver with a debugging framework. This will make my life so much easier since the code does all of the work acquiring the usb device and all the error checking, etc.

It's copy and past time folks. It's so close I can almost taste it :)
