Wow. The building is gone now, just a pile of rubble.

hehe, yes. The car is fine. I moved it over one street. Probably didn't even need to actually. The guy in the cat did a great job of not letting anything go beyond the perimeter of the building. I was impressed. Now they are filling up dump trucks and hauling the building off. Won't be much left in a few hours.

as far as I know you guys [americans and canadians] build your houses mostly out of wood..compared to us [europeans] who use a lot of concrete [sp?] for the walls and such.. so uh, is that wood-stuff true or just a myth they [aliens] tell us?

it's all true. We build mostly with wood. I was impressed with how much concrete was used in europe when I was over there.

why are you guys surprised when a twister reloactes your house then? *lol*
wouldn't it be smart to build some more with concrete when you live in an area with lots of tornados?

A tornado will pick up concrete buildings too actually. Oddly though they tend to hit trailer parks most often. I've always wondered about that.

Personally if I lived in tornado country I'd want to live in an underground bunker.

Now see since we do not have Tornados in Europe [I think there were like 2 in the last 150 years or so...], I did not know that. Sorry.

Tarnado knows what good toys are!

Kewl... I'd visit you frequently! [I'd bring cake and such, don't worry ;-)]

Yeah, it's a huge country and most of it is flat. You seem to need large flat spaces to get tornados. I read the science on it once, but forgot :)

>>Tarnado knows what good toys are
haha! yes.

heh, instead we're living in a 3 story townhouse. It's tall and skinny!

You can actually buy old missile silos in the mid west. They used to hold ICBM's, but now people live in them and stuff. It'd be great if it weren't 300 miles from civilization :/

Actually you need muntains that too that will quide hot and cold air towards one another... but I bet the ppl living in the trailer parks really don't mind...

>>You can actually buy old missile silos in the mid west
*rofl* that's just so wrong...

>>It'd be great if it weren't 300 miles from civilization :/
well as long as you have internet... it wouldn't be *that* bad...
